Ideally the post holder will have a proven track record of ensuring the needs of the learners with EHCPs are being met and they are successfully working towards their outcomes. To be accountable for educational progress of post 16 and external pre 16 learners by effective teaching and learning. They will hold a Level 2 qualification in English and mathematics (literacy/numeracy) and have excellent literacy and numeracy skills. Experience in setting up, delivering and co-ordinating learning programmes for Post 16 Learners is also advantageous.
