Careers & Employer Engagement Officer - Permanent, 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, term time only plus 10 additional days N7 SCP 25-29 £ 35,235 - £38,626 pro-rata £31,033 - £34,020

Ideally, the post holder will have a proven track record in sourcing and establishing links with local employers that result in placements for learners, whilst also providing employers with support and guidance to support learners on placement. The post holder will contribute to the design and delivery of learner programmes including recruitment and induction and support learners undertaking employment experience opportunities.A good general education, including English and Math’s GCSE grades A-C or equivalent is essential and a Post-compulsory teaching qualification at level 6 diploma standard or equivalent is desirable (DTLLS, PGCE, (PCET), Cert Ed, etc.)
